Are you proud of your country?
Are you proud of your country? A simple yet a question to really think about. There are few things I’m not proud of. Our billions of dollars that we owe other countries, our poor economy. But besides that, I am proud of many things in this amazing country. Most of the people here can afford to put bread on the table. Also, our victory in history, our bloody battle between our tiny 13 colonies and England’s giant and powerful army.So are you proud of your country. Because to me, this beautiful country, from sea to shining sea, has many, many things to be proud of.
To make it better, you should say in the 2nd sentence, "A simple yet thought provoking question". It will make the words make more sense, and they are really juicy words.
